The construction of a purpose-built factory in the Sydney West region, which included factory floors, rooms with walls and ceilings fully constructed in concrete, the construction of concrete roof on ‘Spandeck’, as well as ramps, driveways and parking areas.
Concreting works associated with the last three purpose-built factory buildings constructed for Onesteel Reinforcing at Smeaton Grange and Mulgrave.
New factory premises for SASSO Precast concrete works included the construction of 12m height suspended slab, cast-ins for machinery basis.
In the Southern Highlands area additions to an existing factory included new floor, construction of ‘stress beds’, topping to stress beds, open channel drains, ramp, etc.
Other industrial works have included the construction of insulated slabs, plinths for machinery, OSD tanks, parking areas, driveways, kerbs, council vehicular crossings, etc.
